CHILDREN'S MINISTRY: love on, pray for, play with, and lead discussion with our kiddos, arrive 30 minutes before service time. OPERATIONS SET UP: Setting up children's ministry and the lobby begins at 7:30 am. OPERATIONS TEAR DOWN: Tearing down children's ministry and the lobby starts 15 minutes after service ends. FRONT OF HOUSE SET UP: Arrive at 8:00am to place tablecloths on tables and set up coffee and donut table. FRONT OF HOUSE TEAR DOWN: After the 10:30 AM service, clean up coffee and donut table, break down welcome tables, and place items back in rolling bin. CONNECT TEAM: Please arrive 30 minutes before service time and greet guests outside and in the lobby, assist guests with finding seats as service begins, and release the congregation for communion. COMMUNION: Arrive one hour before service time and help set up for communion in the teacher's lounge. SECURITY: Sit in the hall during service, be aware of people coming and going, and periodically check children's area. SLIDES: Arrive one hour before service time to run through slides before service begins and click through slides during service AUDITORIUM SET UP: Arrive at 7:30AM to set up the stage in preparation for service. TRAILER FOLK: If you have a truck and want to pull the trailer to the school on Sunday morning, we would love your help!
